RECTANGULAR PLATE/TRAY DISPENSER HEATED & NON-HEATED
GLACIES Electric Plate/Tray Dispenser with plate warming, is made of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The top panel is 1.5mm THK, all side panels are 1mm THK, single cylinder type with Spring Loaded tray holder. The Plate/Tray Dispenser is fitted with 750w electric air heating coil for plate/tray warming. It is provided with a Rotary On/Off Switch, an analogue or digital thermostat for temperature control, two light indicators and a temperature display. GLACIESs Plate/Tray Dispenser is available without heating also.
WATER COOLER & WATER DISPENSER
GLACIES manufactures Water Dispensers for a variety of requirements. The different configurations are Cold Water Dispenser, Cold Hot & Normal Water Dispenser, and Bubble Top Water Dispenser. The Cold-Water Dispenser is available in a pedal operated configuration also. All the Water Coolers are made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The Body is made from 1mm THK stainless steel sheet. An insulation of 50mm with PUF (Polyurethane Foam) is provided around the tanks. The tanks are provided with non-return valves for controlling the water level in them. The tanks are designed in such a way that cleaning them will be easy.
HAND SANITIZER DISPENSER
GLACIES Hand Sanitizer stands are constructed of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel to resist any corrosion that may happen from spilling of alcohol-based hand sanitizers. This means the SG Equipments Hand Sanitizer Stands are more reliable than powder coated mild steel hand sanitizer stands, or any other hand sanitizer stands which are of lower grade stainless steel, which are more exposed to corrosion in time.
EYE WASH SINK

DRAIN GRATING
GLACIES Drain Gratings are made from AISI304 Stainless Steel. The Drain gratings consists of, a Trough of 1.5mm THK, a Perforated Strainer of 1.2mm THK and an Anti-Slip Grating on top. The Anti-Slip Grating Outer frame is made out of 25x4mm flat, the internal cross members of the grating are made from 25x3mm flats, inter locked vertically and welded together. Stainless steel split end strips are provided at corners of the trough for concreting to the floor
SS GARBAGE BIN
GLACIES garbage bins (trash bins) are made from AISI304 Stainless Steel. 2 different models of garbage bins are available, such as rectangular model with pedal operated lid and the round model. The rectangular model is provided with uni – directional wheels and the round models are provided along with a removable garbage bin holder with castor wheels. The Garbage Bin body is made from 1.2mm THK and is provided with fall-down handle and lid made of 1.2mm THK SS.

TANDOOR SKEWER FRAME
GLACIES Tandoor Skewer frame is made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The Front, Rear & Side Angle is constructed of 2mm THK Stainless Steel Sheet and Clamps is made from 1.5mm THK Sheet. There is proper groove for keeping Tandoor Skewer in either directions.

GRILL & BAKING PAN
GLACIES Grill & Baking Pan is made from Cast Iron. Standard size is Length 529mm, depth 324mm and Overall Height is 15mm. Pan is Ribbed in inside and outer borders for more strength and Grip
AMBIENT FOOD TROLLEY
GLACIES Ambient Food Trolley is made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Constructed around vertical Square Pipes 30x30x1.5mm THK, and cladded on the sides and rear with double layer 1mm THK stainless steel sheets with insulation. The doors are made from a double layer 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet on the exterior and closed with 1mm THK sheet on the back, with insulation. The doors are hinged on the sides and are also provided with locking facility. Two handles of the stainless-steel pipe Ø25×1.5mm THK is provided on both the sides. The Ambient Food Trolley is equipped with four numbers of all swivel castor wheels Ø150mm at the bottom two of which are with brakes. 25x25x16G SS angle is provided in each inner compartment to accommodate (Tray, GN Pans Containers, and Thali etc.).
