TILTING BRACING PAN
The tilting frying pan will be made of 3MM SS 304 18/8 Ni-Cr Stainless steel sheet with a heavy base plate made of 10 mm SS with rounded corners. The pan shall have all round corners with smooth finished, and the front shall be provided with a pouring lip. The unit shall be provided with a lid of SWG 16 SS 304, spring loaded counter balance with smooth movement. Lid shall have an insulated handle in the front for easy lifting. The unit shall have a manual tilting gear box mechanism mounted on the right side of the unit with an easy movement and self-locking worm gear system.A swivel type water faucet will be provided on right side of the pan. The whole unit shall be mounted on SS round pipe legs of SWG 16, and the Bottom of the feet will provided with flanges to grout, if required.
TILTING VESSEL
Inner vessel body is made out of 4mm thick SS 304 18/8 Ni-Cr Stainless Steel with 4 mm dished bottom & Outer vessel will be made out of 3mm thickness with 4mm dished bottom. Top lifting spring loaded 16G SS lid will be providedfor easy handling. Top edge of the vessel stiffened with 1” dia. SS pipe continuously welded & finished smoothly. All joints welded continuously by TIG Welding process. Vessel will be mounted on 4 mm thick 25 x 80 x 25mm SS channel Frame with 6 mm thick 150 x 150 mm SS base plate with mountingholes.1 ½”BSP SS ball lever valve will be provided for bottom outlet. Vessel will be fitted with 2″dia and SS Solid shaft for holding the vessel to the SS channel frame. The unit will be provided with gear box, both side Plummer-block with bearing fitted on heavy duty SS plate with SS covering and Al casted heavy duty round Handle for tilting mechanism. 14 SWG SS strainer for Rice will be provided inside the vessel. Also unit will be fitted with water faucet, steam inlet flexible Pipe, Forbe Marshall/ Spirax make automatic safety valve, steam trap & air vent.
