ELECTRICAL TANDOOR

GLACIES Tandoor is constructed of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. It is built with an internal frame structure of vertical Square Pipe 40x40x1.5mm THK and cross members of Angle 32x32x3mm THK. The internal frame is cladded with stainless steel 1mm THK sheet on the sides and rear, and the front is cladded with stainless steel sheet of 1.2mm THK. The top panel is removable and is 1.5mm THK with a splash and double beaded on all sides. The top panel is provided with a cut out of Ø375 mm mouth for the clay pot. The clay pot is insulated with glass wool in to a GI drum and further insulated with mud within the drum. Four quantity of all swivel heavy duty castor wheels, two of which are with brakes, are provided for easier movement of the Tandoor. Tandoor can be of charcoal operated or LPG operated. Two handles of Ø25×1.5mm THK Pipe is provided on the front vertical members of the internal frame. The GLACIES electrical tandoor works on 440v 3Phase & 12KW.

SALAMANDER WITH ADJUSTABLE HEAD

GLACIES Salamanders are made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The Body is constructed of 1.5mm THK Stainless Steel Sheet and removable tray is made from 1mm THK Sheet. Shock-proof coated heating elements & Galvanized steel grill were used. The adjustable head type Salamander has 2 number of analogue thermostats, two light indicators and a removable grill and tray.

DEEP FAT FRYER

The GLACIES Deep Fat Fryer (DFF), is made of AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. The GLACIES DFF is designed to satisfy the urgent nature of the fast-food industry. These DFFs are ergonomically designed so that the usage, maintenance and cleaning is going to be very easy. The GLACIES DFFs are provided with immersed heating element, for faster cooking. All the SG Equipment DFFs are built around an internal frame

and cladded with 1mm THK side and rear panels, 1.5mm THK Top Panel and 1.2mm THK control panel. The front control panel is provided with rotary on/off switch, light indicators and an analogue temperature control thermostat. The heating element can be of lift-up or fixed type depending upon the model. An oil drain tray is provided on the lift-up heating coil models, to collect the excess oil. The GLACIES DFFs are also provided with stainless steel wire meshed detachable frying basket with heat resistant handle. They are available in a wide range of configurations & capacities like Single Tank Table Top, Double Tank Table Top, Single tank Floor Standing with Square or Round Legs, Double tank Floor Standing with Square or Round Legs. DFFs are also available with under shelves or cross supports.

HOT FOOD TROLLEY

Glacies Hot Food Trolley is made from AISI304 Food Grade Stainless Steel. Constructed around vertical Square Pipes 30x30x1.5mm THK, and cladded on the sides and rear with double layer 1mm THK stainless steel sheets with insulation. The doors are made from a double layer 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet on the exterior and closed with 1mm THK sheet on the back, with insulation. The doors are hinged on the sides and are also provided with locking facility. The control panel is made from 1.2mm THK stainless steel sheet and is positioned above the doors on the front. The control panel is equipped with a rotary on/Off switch, an analogue thermostat for temperature control and a couple of light indicators. Two handles of the stainless-steel pipe Ø25×1.5mm THK is provided on both the sides. The Hot Food Trolley is equipped with four numbers of all swivel castor wheels Ø150mm at the bottom two of which are with brakes. 25x25x16G SS angle is provided in each inner compartment to accommodate (Tray, GN Pans Containers, and Thali etc.).
